Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a HRBP Assistant Manager (Manufacturing, $2000, ID 16288):
  • Work closely with departments related  and the leadership team, the role will serve as a strategic business partner and hands-on implementer of people strategies that align with business objectives;
  • In charge of leveraging data reports, metrics, and analytics to support supply chain leaders in making sound decisions;
  • Assess current and future talent needs for the organization and partner with departments related to developing strategies and plans to meet those needs;
  • Provide coaching to employees and management on issues that are complex, difficult, or emotional;
  • Implement the specific functions and timely report if any critical issue in business, organization, or people when there is;
  • Support and deliver high-quality and timely implementation of regional or country HR initiatives /programs, participate in ad-hoc projects and duties assigned;
  • Ensure full legal compliance and alignment to corporate HR guidelines
  • Ensure the employee experience is aligned in company in local and the culture in the business unit

Requirement

  • Male/Female, 35 to 45 years old
  • At least 08 years working experience as HRBP in global companies.
  • Fluent in English
