Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a HR Staff (C&B, Manufacturing, $700, ID19558):
- Check timesheets, calculate monthly payroll, manage leave, overtime, and working hours.
- Maintain and update payroll records, salary decisions, disciplinary documents.
- Handle Social Insurance (SI): monthly increase/decrease and employee welfare claims.
- Update labor law regulations related to salary, insurance, and benefits.
- Prepare monthly labor reports.
- Handle PIT tasks: tax declaration, deduction certificates, annual tax finalization.
- Organize employee welfare for holidays and company events.
- Manage employee data, labor contracts and probation contracts.
- Support reward & discipline processes.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirement
- Female, 1993–1997, local candidate preferred (near factory).
- College/University degree in HR or related fields.
- 3–5 years of C&B experience in manufacturing factories (~300 employees).
- Proficient in Excel, PIT & Social Insurance software; familiar with Bravo system.
- Basic English reading/writing (mainly for documents).
- Detail-oriented, careful, responsible, able to work under pressure.
