Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a HR Specialist (Admin & Recruitment, $700, ID21151)
- Recruitment activities: posting jobs, screening CVs, arranging interviews, onboarding
- Payroll, social insurance, PIT and attendance management
- Labor contracts and employee records management
- Support expat documents: visa, work permit, residence card
- Support audits related to labor, tax and social insurance
- Other HR/Admin tasks as assigned
Requirement
- Female, age 25–35
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of experience in HR/Admin at manufacturing companies
- Strong recruitment experience (around 50% of workload)
- Good English communication skills (4 skills)
