Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Human Resources Manager ($3500, ID12961):

Implement compensation and benefits programs and activities for the company.
Assist the Senior Director of Human Resources in establishing and implementing compensation initiatives.
Examine external market data as well as internal data regarding the company's current workforce and potential human resource requirements.
Maintain ties with outside experts and suppliers, such as insurance companies and benefits providers.
Ensure that the company's reward strategy is carried out by leading, directing, evaluating, and developing a team of compensation and benefits specialists.
Write employee communications about benefits and compensation policies.
Coordinate subordinates' and staff's work activities in the areas of employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations;
Assist the HR Director in preparing the yearly payroll budget and providing monthly incentive input;
Oversight of all employee relations activities
Monitoring of the pre-employment health check process as a whole
Maintain a point of contact for reporting on HR service activities across the country
Manage the Job Description System, Work Profile and Working Conditions.
Examine internal jobs and job levels;
Other responsibilities delegated by corporate executives

Male; Age: 38 - 48 years old
Graduated from University major in Economics, Financial Accounting, Business Administration or related majors.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the FMCG or retail industry
Proficient in using excel
Fluent in English
