Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an HR Manager (IT sector, 1250$, ID 16424):
- Taking part in the performance management system's design
- Hiring and Managing Employees Hiring and managing staff
- Planning for human resources and developing systems
- Benefits and compensation administration for employees
- Creation and propagation of enterprise culture Information management for human resources
- Supporting the execution of business plans through administrative and logistical assistance
- completion of additional duties as delegated by the leadership
- Oversee website content and social media accounts. Work with internal teams and outside partners to guarantee that campaigns are executed successfully.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 28 - 35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in human resource management
- Strong recruitment skills, C&B, building corporate culture
- Good at English, and knowledge of Japanese is a significant advantage
