Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an HR Manager (Construction, 2000$, ID17100):
  • Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across all levels of the organization
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive performance management systems, including goal-setting, regular performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Manage the employee review process, including probationary assessments, annual reviews, and promotion evaluations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure fair, transparent, and consistent review practices.
  • Design and implement initiatives to boost employee morale, satisfaction, and engagement.
  • Organize events and programs that foster team collaboration, cultural alignment, and a positive work environment.
  • Promote the organization as an employer of choice through employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all HR processes and recruitment practices comply with local labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.

Requirement

  • Male/Female I Age: 30 - 50 years olds
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 05 years of experience as HR Manager at outsourcing, staffing or construction, trading and services.
  • Proven experience in HR management, with expertise in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • Fluent in English.
