Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a HR Manager (1300 USD, ID 11983):
  • The general responsibilities of the Human Resources department: Recruitment, Training & Development.HR Policy & Company regulation
  • Provide an effective Selection & Recruitment System.
  • Coordinate with labor subleasing or recruitment service providers to provide candidates.
  • Benefits package negotiated with short-listed candidates.
  • To arrange employee Performance Reviews.
  • Comply with and ensure fulfillment of competency needs in all areas of work.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and create training schedule.
  • Conduct training (external & internal).
  • To ensure the effectiveness of the training.
  • Coordinate B.E.S.T. company-wide activities and ensure employee engagement.
  • To facilitate kaizen & 5S.
  • Coordinating participation in Group Magazine.
  • Comply with and ensure discipline in accordance with the company's regulations.
  • To guide sub-executives and supervise their work.
  • Other specific requirements and functions as defined in the Procedure Manual.
  • To prepare the budget and its regular monitoring.
  • Supervision of Proposals.
  • Address Unit Coordinates.
  •  Raise awareness of environmental issues for all employees in the company.
  • Maintain the amount of waste in the office area


  • Female Age: 30-45
  • Education: graduated university in human resource, administration or related field
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of working experience in the same position in FDI manufacturing
  • Fluency in English
