Job Description
- Manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, C&B, employee relations, training, and performance management.
- Maintain employee records and update HRIS data accurately.
- Review attendance, payroll, and social insurance records.
- Prepare monthly HR reports, including headcount, training, and safety.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide HR guidance to employees on company policies and procedures.
- Assist the HR Manager with administrative tasks and HR projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Female, under 35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist position within a manufacturing environment of approximately 300–500 employees.
- Proficient in English, with strong communication skills in all four language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
