Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a HR Generalist (Manufacturing, ID21200, 1200USD):
1. HR Operations
  • Manage daily HR activities including labor contracts, onboarding, employee records, and HR-related inquiries
  • Act as the main HR contact point for employees regarding policies and procedures
  • Ensure HR operations are executed accurately, consistently, and on time
  • Provide backup support within the HR team when required

2. HR Compliance & Reporting
  • Support preparation and submission of labor reports to authorities
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring internal labor regulations and company policies
  • Prepare HR documentation for audits and inspections
  • Maintain employee records in compliance with legal requirements

3. HR Processes & Documentation
  • Organize and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Standardize HR processes (onboarding, employee lifecycle, documentation flow)
  • Develop user-friendly guidelines for employees and managers
  • Identify process gaps and propose practical improvements

4. HR Systems (SAP SuccessFactors & Local Systems)
  • Support daily operation of HR systems (SAP SF and local platforms)
  • Ensure data accuracy and support HR reporting
  • Coordinate with vendors (e.g., Pentos, Tinh Hoa) to resolve system issues
  • Provide basic system guidance to internal users

5. Employee Engagement & Communication
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve employee experience
  • Contribute to building a positive and productive working environment

Requirement

  • Male, under 38 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations roles
  • Experience in manufacturing companies is preferred
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF) is an advantage
  • Good command of English (for meetings and working with global teams)
