Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an HR & GA Manager (Manufacturing, ID 18298, 1100USD):
- Strategic Consulting: Advise the BOD, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- System & Policy Development: Design and implement organizational structures, staffing plans, KPIs, salary policies, labor productivity measures, and corporate culture initiatives.
- Operational Management: Oversee HR operations, monitor labor productivity, and ensure adherence to HR policies.
- Planning & Budgeting: Develop recruitment plans, training programs, and salary fund allocations.
- Employee Welfare & Communication: Manage employee care initiatives and organize internal engagement events.
- Administrative & General Affairs (GA) Management: Asset Management, Safety & Environment, Documentation & Processes,
- Supervise and guide legal staff on complex issues
- Manage administrative and procurement activities, including proposals and supplier evaluations.
- Set targets and KPIs, monitor progress, and provide performance feedback for IT and purchasing teams
Requirement
- Male/Female, 35 -45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Law, or Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within companies of 500+ employees
- Proficient in English communication.
- Deep knowledge of labor law, personal income tax, social insurance, and health insurance regulations.
