Job Description

Our client is a domestic invested company, currently looking for an HR Director (Manufacturing, ID18339, 2300 USD):
 Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Lead recruitment for key positions, especially in manufacturing and middle management.

  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored for both factory and office environments.

  • Oversee onboarding programs to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly into company culture and operations.

Training & Development
  • Build training programs to enhance technical skills for factory staff and leadership capabilities for supervisors/managers.

  • Coach production supervisors and team leaders on people management and performance coaching.

  • Develop internal training systems and e-learning platforms; evaluate post-training effectiveness.

Performance Management
  • Implement and manage KPI/OKR systems for all departments (production, quality, administration, etc.).

  • Conduct periodic performance evaluations (biannual and annual) and 360-degree feedback.

  • Align performance results with compensation, bonus, and career development frameworks.

Compensation, Benefits & Labor Relations
  • Design and manage a 3P (Position – Person – Performance) salary structure and productivity-based incentive schemes.

  • Oversee labor relations, handle disputes, and maintain a compliant and harmonious work environment.

  • Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance (SI), and Health Insurance (HI) regulations.

E. Culture & Discipline
  • Develop and sustain a performance-oriented and disciplined corporate culture.

  • Enforce company policies, manage attendance and shift discipline, and oversee workplace safety.

  • Promote teamwork and employee engagement initiatives across all departments.

HR Technology & Digital Transformation
  • Implement HRM/HRIS systems for attendance, payroll, and workforce management.

  • Apply AI and automation tools to improve recruitment efficiency, training management, and HR reporting.

Requirement

  • Male preferred, aged 32–45, with good health and strong adaptability to manufacturing environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
  • Minimum 7 years in HR; at least 3 years as HR Manager/HR Director in manufacturing companies
  • English – good reading and writing, basic communication.
