HR Director

As the Director of Human Resources, you will:

• Lead and implement HR initiatives, including recruitment, employee benefits, labor relations, and training programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Foster a positive organizational culture that aligns with the brand's values, encouraging team collaboration and exceptional guest service.

• Provide guidance and support to the General Manager and leadership team on all human resources matters, contributing to strategic decision-making.

1. Leave

   • Enjoy two days off per week.

   • Receive a minimum of 12 annual leave days per year.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources/Training
Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR or equivalent
Skills/Competencies: Communication skills, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, motivational, training, good writing skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
Language Requirement: English
