Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a HR Business Partner Manager (3500USD, ID-13206)
- Conduct training needs analysis, prepare an annual training plan and provide qualified functional and competency training
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs
- Analyzes current rewards programs to ensure they align with Company's business strategy and ensure that rewards programs optimize the company's ability to attract top talent.
- Works with Department managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
- Build up and cascade all employee engagement programs
- Organize the entire program of internal events for the company
- Conduct survey after the event to evaluate the effectiveness
- Administers human resource-related working procedures and ensures these procedures are executed well at the office
- Works with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
- In charge of annual planning and monitoring office' manpower budgets
Requirement
- Male/Female; Age: Not required
- Graduated with University degree majoring in related
- At least 03 years of working experience as similar at F&B/Retail/FMCG companies
- Fluent in English
