Job Description
Our customer is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a HR Admin Assistant Manager/Supervisor (Manufacturing, $1000, ID19769)
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning
- Oversee training, career development, and succession planning
- Manage compensation & benefits, payroll, insurance, and PIT compliance
- Implement performance management systems (KPIs/OKRs)
- Handle employee relations and ensure Labor Law compliance
- Manage HR budget, reporting, and process improvement
- Build and maintain positive corporate culture
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience (minimum 2 years in managerial role)
- Experience in manufacturing factories (~500 employees preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Labor Law, insurance, and HR operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Fluent English (4 skills)
