Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an HR & Admin Supervisor (Manufacturing, ID19442, 850USD):
- Oversee all administrative operations, including budgeting, asset and inventory management, procurement, and office supplies.
- Manage company transportation, travel arrangements, and subcontractors.
- Support expatriates with legal documents and accommodations.
- Maintain and control company documents, records, and contracts to ensure proper filing, confidentiality, and compliance
- Handle full recruitment cycle: job posting, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, timekeeping, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure HR policy implementation and compliance with Vietnamese labor laws.
Requirement
- Female, aged 30–38
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role in manufacturing companies.
- Fluent English communication
