Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an HR & Admin Manager (Manufacturing, ID19768, 1500 USD):

1. HR Management

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
  • Develop and implement training, career development, and succession plans.
  • Manage compensation & benefits, payroll, insurance, and ensure legal compliance.
  • Establish and oversee performance management systems (KPIs/OKRs).
  • Handle employee relations, labor issues, and build a positive corporate culture.

2. Administration Management

  • Supervise overall factory administration (facilities, security, logistics, office services).
  • Ensure a safe, efficient, and well-organized working environment.
  • Manage HR & Admin budget effectively.

3. Reporting & Strategic Support

  • Prepare HR reports and workforce analysis for top management.
  • Provide strategic HR recommendations to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously improve HR policies, processes, and systems.

 

Requirement

  • Male or Female, Age: 35–45 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Admin roles within manufacturing factories (around 500 employees preferred).
  • At least 2 years in managerial level (for Manager position).
  • Strong background in general HR management and recruitment.
