Job Description
Our client is a large-scale factory in Vietnam, now looking for a HR - Admin Manager (Manufacturing, $1800, ID15982)
- Building and developing human resources.
- Building and developing corporate culture.
- Human resource administration.
- Personnel management and talent management.
- Updating and improving knowledge and professional skills.
- Solving arising issues related to the company's human resources work and performing other assigned tasks.
Requirement
- Female/Male; under 45 years old.
- Graduated from University above
- 5 years of experience working in a similar position in a manufacturing environment
- Good at Excel, good thinking, leadership skills, and practical experience in building + implementing KPIs in a production environment, good understanding of the law and good communication
- Basic communication English.
