Job Description
Dream Job Alert! Become an HR & Admin Manager/Director (Garment, ID21394) at a foreign-invested company and earn $3000/month:
- Lead and execute recruitment strategies to meet company expansion plans (mass hiring across all levels).
- Develop and implement training & development programs aligned with business growth.
- Manage employee relations, discipline, and labor dispute resolution in compliance with labor laws.
- Advise management on compensation & benefits, welfare, and reward policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and international audit standards (social compliance, brand audits).
- Coordinate HR activities with Trade Union and other internal/external stakeholders.
- Oversee HR team performance (14 members: C&B, TA, L&D, ER).
- Lead and supervise the Administration team (4 members), ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Manage office facilities, including maintenance, security, and workspace planning.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for administrative services.
- Ensure a safe, efficient, and professional working environment.
- Support expatriates with administrative services and compliance matters.
- Identify risks and improve administrative processes.
- Handle legal-related administrative matters in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Requirement
- Female preferred, aged from 35 to 45.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in equivalent role, managing both HR & Admin in FDI manufacturing companies (garment or footwear preferred) with 500+ employees.
- Strong experience in mass recruitment and workforce planning.
- Solid knowledge of labor law, HR systems, and social compliance audits.
- Good command of English (4 skills).
