Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Hotel Manager (Negotiate, ID 16587):
- In charge of managing important property matters (such as capital projects, customer service, and renovations) actively. Help create realistic hotel budgets and other short- and long-term strategic objectives.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the service delivery of all operational departments to meet and beyond guest expectations;
- Respond to audits conducted by the company or by other parties to guarantee continuous improvement is achieved. Meet and beyond the company's and the hotel's service standards.
- Hold frequent briefings and communication sessions with the HOD team. Make sure that expenses are kept under control in all operational departments. Regularly assess results to identify problem areas and take necessary corrective action.
- Makes certain that the essential components of the service plan are present in order to achieve the intended outcomes.
- In charge of developing, evaluating, and overseeing the P&L and making sure the budget's KPIs—such as direct cost management, accurate cost breakdown creation, revenue control and optimization, etc.
- Encourage the use of Human Resources' development plans and tools (e.g., Melia Home, climate, E-melia, development plans, Inspiring Opportunities, Melia Talk, Graduate Programs, Code of Ethics, etc.) by being aware of them.
- Find high-potential employees and take an active role in the team's growth.
Requirement
- Male/Female; Age: under 45 years old
- Graduated from university above, preferably Tourism or Hospitality, or similar.
- Having03 - 05 years of experience in the same positions in International size
- Fluent in English.
