Job Description
Our client is a VN-invested company, now looking for a Hotel General Manager (Hospitality, Negotiable, ID16943):
- Collaborate with relevant departments to set business goals, direction, and plans.
- Optimize restaurant/lobby space and manage food and beverage costs effectively.
- Coordinate and implement business plans to drive maximum revenue and profitability for the hotel.
- Develop processes, regulations, and service standards for a 5-star hotel.
- Ensure maximum guest satisfaction, maintaining high service quality standards at all times.
- Adapt and improve procedures to align with the hotel's new direction and strategic goals.
- Manage hotel staff directly or indirectly through department heads, ensuring effective operations and team performance.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the investor or the General Manager.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (from a domestic or international institution), majoring in Hospitality/Tourism.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel.
- Proficient in English, with strong skills in all four areas (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
