Job Description
1. Solution Design & Costing (Warehouse & Transportation)
-
Lead end-to-end logistics solution design for RFQs/RFPs, covering warehousing, transportation, and value-added services.
-
Develop and manage activity-based costing models for warehouse and transport operations.
-
Support Sales teams with competitive, accurate, and sustainable logistics solutions.
-
Lead implementation and optimization of logistics systems (WMS, TMS, OMS, Smartlog, MySCM, Urbantz).
-
Define BRDs and ensure alignment between systems and operational processes.
-
Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and scalability.
-
Manage warehouse and transportation projects from solution design to go-live.
-
Coordinate cross-functional teams during customer onboarding and operational ramp-up.
-
Ensure delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
-
Define and standardize SOPs for warehouse and transport operations.
-
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / Kaizen methodologies.
-
Drive productivity, cost, quality, and safety improvements.

Act as key interface between Sales, Operations, IT, and customers.

Participate in customer solution validation, implementation, and performance reviews.

Lead and develop solution design, systems, and CI teams.

Set clear objectives, manage performance, and build team capabilities.
Requirement
- Male, Under 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and WMS solutions.
- 8–10 years of experience in logistics/warehousing with strong exposure to solution design and costing.
- Hands-on experience in warehouse system implementation and process design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- High level of autonomy and leadership.
- Good English communication skills.
