Job Description
Our client is a VN-invested company, now looking for a Head of Training and Product Development (Education, Negotiable, ID17026):
- Oversee and manage the training and academic operations across all centers.
- Research and develop training products, curricula, content, and teaching methods for English courses.
- Develop ideas, supervise and implement professional English language programs, such as student support materials and online training courses.
- Manage and coordinate staff: recruit, train, and oversee teachers and teaching assistants to ensure adequate resources and teaching quality aligned with training goals.
- Research, evaluate effectiveness, and propose improvements to teacher training processes to continuously enhance training quality and ensure consistent standards across all centers.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve class performance based on departmental targets.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English or English Language Teaching (ELT).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, or 3-5 years of experience in English language training in educational organizations or English language centers.
- Candidates with TESOL or MTESOL certification are preferred. Strong English proficiency with a TOEIC score of 900+ or an IELTS score of 7.0+ (Writing 7.0 or above) or equivalent.
