Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Head of Technical and Quality ($1000, ID19528)
- Establish and maintain ISO-compliant procedures; ensure effective operation of the ISO management system.
- Conduct product sample analysis, review methods and regulations, and provide production line guidance.
- Address and resolve technical and product-related issues during manufacturing; provide clear instructions for corrective actions.
- Deliver technical support in customer service activities, including reception, explanation, and complaint resolution.
- Contribute to R&D initiatives for new products and the adoption of advanced technologies.
- Lead projects focused on production optimization, process improvement, and equipment enhancement to boost efficiency.
- Design and implement training programs to strengthen employees’ knowledge, skills, and professional attitudes.
- Plan, organize, and oversee departmental operations; manage and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor compliance with ISO 9001 quality processes and ensure proper execution on the production floor.
- Control production standards and calculate cost efficiency to optimize manufacturing outcomes.
- Track and evaluate process parameters and product quality indicators throughout production.
- Maintain and safeguard technical records and documentation related to production technology.
- Assess technical specifications and equipment conditions to support continuous improvement.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirement
- Male, aged 35–40
- University graduate, major in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position at copper cable/optical fiber manufacturing plants
- Good command of English
