Job Description
Our client is currently seeking Head of Studies – STEM (Robotics & Coding):
- Design, update, and enhance K-12 curriculum and resources for STEM, Robotics, and Coding programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of STEM, Robotics, and Coding across all schools, ensuring alignment with educational standards.
- Advise the Director of Education on innovations, trends, and strategic improvements in STEM-related teaching and learning.
- Deliver training programs and professional development workshops for teachers; provide classroom observation, feedback, and mentoring.
- Organize and promote student participation in internal, regional, national, and international STEM and Robotics competitions.
- Document achievements and collect visuals from classroom activities to support annual reports and marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities, research institutions, and industry partners in the STEM field.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mathematics, Physics, Technology, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in STEM education, Robotics, and/or Coding.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Experience in designing and managing STEM/Robotics programs for K-12 students is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in coding languages such as Python or Scratch; familiarity with laboratory environments and educational technology tools is an advantage.
