Job Description
Our client is a VN-invested company, now looking for a Head of Sales & Marketing (Hospitality, Negotiable, ID17024)
- Responsible to the Board of Directors for the hotel’s business results.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Lead the sales team, provide guidance, training, and evaluate performance.
- Identify new market opportunities, develop strategies to penetrate and expand the customer base.
- Research and analyze competitors to propose suitable business strategies.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement marketing and advertising strategies.
- Manage marketing and communication activities, ensuring presence across social media, the company website, and events.
Requirement
- Male/Female; Age: 30-45 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management or Hotel Management.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, hotel, or resort business.
- Proficiency in English; other foreign languages are an advantage.
