- Lead the Consumer team across both GT and MT channels, as well as the Food Service channel in nationwide.
- Establish clear goals for both teams and individuals, motivating the Consumer team and promoting best practices.
- Offer creative ideas to drive business growth.
- Possess excellent communication, team management abilities, and experience in sales and distribution development for Consumer products.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 40-50 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience as the same position in the FMCG or Food industry.
- Good at English
- Strong leadership skills with an established network in field sales and distribution.
