Our client is a foreign investes company, now looking for a Head of Quality Assurance and Training in Bac Ninh:

Design a training strategy focused on new personnel, retraining and technical advice in the different operations
Ensure the implementation of training methods
Promote changes in technology that contribute to the automation of work methods
Develop training programs for trainers
Ensure compliance with standard production methods
Design quality assurance standards aligned to customer requirements throughout the supply chain
Ensure constant updating of FMEA documentation and records,Control plan, SPC, laboratory status, procedures and instructions, and claims management
Perform visits to the customers' plants
Ensure compliance with training standards for the quality team (master grader)
Design quality statistical tools and processes

Male: 25-30 years old
College graduate or higher
At least 1 year of experience as Quality Manager, 1 year of Engineering methods, 1 year of Continuous improvement and 1 year of Head of training, in the production company
Fluent English Language ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Requires experience "Lean / Six Sigma"
