1. Operations & Office Management
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and stakeholders
  • Develop and optimize processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency
  • Monitor staffing, support hiring, onboarding, and ensure compliance with company standards
2. Sales Order & Customer Service Management
  • Manage sales orders, forecasting, invoicing support, and customer-related documentation
  • Lead CSO & Claims team to resolve issues and handle customer enquiries effectively
  • Coordinate with internal teams on samples, contracts, and after-sales service support
3. Purchasing & Data Control
  • Monitor stock and purchasing data, ensuring accuracy between system and actual figures
  • Cross-check ERP data, shipment quantities, and purchasing records for consistency
  • Support accounting in audits, reconciliations, and resolving data discrepancies
4. Shipping & Logistics Oversight
  • Plan and manage shipments, transportation, and related documentation
  • Review shipping costs, negotiate freight rates, and monitor logistics performance
  • Provide reports and insights on freight trends and cost optimization opportunities
5. Administrative & Internal Support
  • Support IT setup, system access, and coordination with external IT vendors
  • Assist with travel arrangements, internal procedures, and KPI development
  • Establish and manage processes for claims, shipment approvals, and sample handling

Requirement

  • Female, 37-46 years ol
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years in a similar managerial role, Experience in manufacturing companies or trading firms (preferably furniture or outdoor products)
  • Experience working in international business environments
  • Background in managing customer service teams and dealing with global clients
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (mandatory)
  • Fluently in English
