- Develop and implement distribution channel strategies for electric motors.
- Expand and manage a nationwide network of distributors/agents specializing in electric motors.
- Take full responsibility for channel revenue and overall business performance of electric motor products.
- Develop pricing policies, discount programs, and partnership frameworks with distributors and agents.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to propose appropriate competitive strategies.
- Build, lead, and manage the sales team.
Requirement
- Previously held a senior management position responsible for business development or distribution channel development in the electric motor industry.
- Proven experience in building and expanding distribution systems/networks.
- Possesses a strong professional network within the electric motor industry ecosystem.
- Good command of English. Proficiency in Korean is an advantage.
