1. Financial Planning & Business Performance
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes aligned with business and Group strategies
  • Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with insightful financial analysis and recommendations
  • Monitor business performance against budget and forecast targets, identifying risks and opportunities proactively
  • Provide financial modeling, scenario analysis, and strategic recommendations to support management decision-making
  • Drive KPI tracking and performance management across business functions
2. Manufacturing Finance & Cost Control
  • Oversee manufacturing finance activities including product costing, inventory valuation, COGS analysis, and production overhead allocation
  • Develop and enhance costing methodologies and operational finance reporting
  • Support pricing strategy through profitability analysis and cost optimization initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen margin performance
  • Evaluate capital expenditure projects using ROI, payback, and NPV analysis
3. Accounting Operations & Financial Governance
  • Manage all accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Fixed Assets
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end/year-end closing processes
  • Maintain compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), statutory regulations, and Group policies
  • Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and compliance frameworks across the organization
  • Coordinate effectively with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, and regulatory bodies
  • Support shared service and finance process standardization initiatives where applicable
4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management
  • Oversee cash flow planning, liquidity management, and working capital optimization
  • Manage banking relationships, financing arrangements, and credit facilities
  • Monitor foreign exchange exposure and support hedging strategies when required
  • Ensure effective receivables collection and supplier payment management
  • Support funding and investment planning activities for business expansion projects
5. Taxation & Compliance
  • Ensure full compliance with corporate income tax, VAT, transfer pricing, import/export duties, and other regulatory requirements
  • Manage tax reporting, tax audits, and statutory filings accurately and on time
  • Stay updated on changes in local financial regulations and industry compliance requirements
  • Support risk management and safeguard initiatives including insurance, claims management, and compliance monitoring
6. Systems & Process Improvement
  • Lead finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Drive digitalization, automation, and reporting enhancement projects
  • Ensure effective utilization and optimization of SAP and related finance systems
  • Improve financial dashboards, reporting tools, and management analytics
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to standardize finance processes and reporting quality
7. Strategic Finance & Investment Support
  • Support major investment projects, plant expansion, and operational improvement initiatives
  • Conduct investment analysis and monitor project financial performance
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate strategic opportunities and business growth initiatives
  • Provide financial risk assessment and mitigation recommendations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on financial and operational matters
8. Procurement Governance & Control
  • Oversee financial governance and compliance related to procurement activities
  • Support vendor evaluation, indirect spend management, contract review, and purchasing controls
  • Improve purchasing transparency, efficiency, and policy compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen procurement processes and cost management
9. Team Leadership & Talent Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Finance & Accounting team to build high-performance capabilities
  • Strengthen succession planning and organizational capability within the department
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and business partnership
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships with local, regional, and global teams

Requirement

  • Male/Female, 35-45 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines. Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA are highly preferred
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting within multinational manufacturing environments. At least 3–5 years in a senior finance leadership role such as Finance Director, Head of Finance, or Senior Finance Manager
  • Strong experience in manufacturing finance, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, taxation, and internal controls
  • Experience in FMCG, food processing, agro-processing, industrial manufacturing, or related sectors is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems is preferred
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
