Job Description
-
Responsible for overseeing all training and academic activities across all centers within the system.
-
Lead the development of English courses, teaching materials, and professional teaching methods, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer to other departments.

Recruit, train, and manage teachers and assistants to ensure sufficient staffing and teaching quality aligned with training objectives. Monitor student progress and training programs.

Research, evaluate, and propose improvements to training processes to enhance the overall quality of education and teaching at all centers.

Collaborate with the Customer Service Department to resolve training-related complaints and improve service quality. Work with the Admissions and Marketing teams on enrollment and promotional activities.

Suggest and implement solutions to improve class performance metrics in line with departmental goals and handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirement
- Male/Female.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in English or English Education.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in English language training at educational institutions or language centers, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Candidates with TESOL, MTESOL certifications. Strong English proficiency, with a TOEIC score of 900+ or IELTS 7.0+ (Writing 7.0 and above) or equivalent.
