Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Head of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing (Ecommerce, 2500$, ID16785)
  • E-commerce Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies aligned with company’s online sales goals.
    • Oversee e-commerce platforms, including marketplaces, online storefronts, and mobile apps.
    • Set and track online sales targets, working with the Brand Manager to execute strategies.
    • Manage website, ensuring performance optimization and tracking.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to run targeted marketing campaigns and improve website performance.
  • Digital Marketing:

    • Manage all digital marketing channels, including the website, social media, CRM, and email/SMS campaigns.
    • Allocate resources effectively and track digital marketing performance.
    • Monitor key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement.
  • Content Creation and Management:

    • Plan and schedule content across multiple digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and IT teams for effective strategy execution.
    • Provide regular reports to management with data insights and recommendations on e-commerce and digital marketing progress.
  • Industry Awareness and Adaptation:

    • Stay updated on the latest trends in e-commerce and digital marketing.
    • Continuously evaluate and adjust strategies to maintain competitiveness and maximize marketing impact.
  • Support from Central/Regional Teams:

    • Coordinate with the Central Team for technical support for the website and e-commerce platforms.
    • Review social media performance monthly with IMG Central Team and provide evaluations and recommendations.

Requirement

  • Male/Female
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, sales, or related roles in fast-paced industries (e.g., automotive, consumer goods, manufacturing).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and eCommerce platforms.
  • Understanding of Vietnamese consumer behavior in the automotive sector.
  • Strategic thinking, market research, and competitive analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and relevant marketing tools.
  • Basic knowledge of the automotive industry and market segmentation.
  • Awareness of current industry trends, competition, and government policies in the auto sector.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
