Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Business Development Director(Logistics, $3500, ID17009)
- Set and monitor sales targets, client engagement, and service quality, while developing strategic plans to expand market presence and focus on key accounts.
- Ensure effective use of Salesforce for tracking sales activities and implement national business initiatives to drive market penetration.
- Monitor KPIs, manage sales budgets, and collaborate with the product team to develop solutions for local growth, while maintaining timely payments.
- Lead market promotions, foster relationships with clients and overseas teams, and actively contribute to sales efforts.
- Motivate and develop the sales team, providing mentoring and career development while ensuring a high-performance culture and continuous improvement.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female; 35-45 years old.
- University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience as a Business Development Director in the freight forwarding industry, specializing in both air and sea freight operations.
- Fluent in English.
- Leadership skills.
