Job Description
Our client is an international school, now looking for a Head of Admissions (Education, $1000, ID16516):
- Implement enrollment activities, advising on planning and enrollment strategies based on assigned targets.
- Support the enrollment process to ensure compliance with established procedures and policies.
- Provide consultation for parents, students, and applicants regarding training programs.
- Organize and execute recruitment activities according to the approved action plan.
- Allocate enrollment targets to personnel under direct management.
- Conduct market research activities with schools within the managed scope.
- Search for and develop potential customer sources.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Marketing, the Board of Management, and Academic Affairs, to ensure smooth and effective enrollment activities.
- Report sales results and utilize customer data management software.
Requirement
- Female. Age: <35 years old
- Graduated from university or higher
- Having 2-5 years of experience working in the field of admission, especially in the education industry.
- Good at English
