Plant Manager in Da Nang

JOB DESCRIPTION 

- First contact person for German BOD including preparation of weekly/ monthly plant production and performance reports as well as deployment of production plans    

- BOD contact person for plant related customer reclamation

- Transmitting the operational plans from BOD into administrative/ production activities in the field of manufacturing and trading to meet weekly/monthly targets

- Reviewing material stocks and demand for weekly and monthly targets

- Understanding and overview of production/ trading process as well as accounting and finance concepts

- Coordinating the employees training program and over-watching payment schedule

- Advisory participation in evaluation, reward / discipline and recruitment of personnel

 REQUIREMENTS:

- Ability to communicate in English or German

- Ability to work independently and to adjust fast to coming changes and challenges

- University degree, majoring in economics/ finance/ business administration or commerce

- Preferable having working experience in the same field (but not mandatory)

- Foreigners are also welcome

- Availability to work from September 2019
