Global Plant Finance & Accounting Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Cost Controlling & Manufacturing Accounting:

• Exercise full operational oversight over plant-level cost accounting methodologies and production financial controls.

• Audit raw material consumption metrics, oversee overhead allocation models, and evaluate shop-floor operational expenses.

• Perform deep-dive variance analyses between actual costs and standard baselines, formulating actionable recommendations to drive cost efficiencies for executive management.

• Spearhead periodic physical inventory audits, data reconciliations, and formal stock valuation assessments.

Financial Management & Management Reporting:

• Direct daily financial accounting workflows to guarantee data integrity and cross-system consistency.

• Compile comprehensive monthly financial statements, management accounts, and drive the timely submission of the CSW_AM monthly closing package.

• Collaborate with cross-functional plant units to gather operational data, supporting multi-period budgeting and financial forecasting cycles.

• Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and engineer analytical executive summaries for the Finance Manager and corporate headquarters.

Internal Governance & Audit Management:

• Safeguard corporate adherence to statutory accounting principles, financial regulatory frameworks, and internal control policies.

• Systematize and archive critical financial records, audit trails, and transactional documentation.

• Serve as the primary operational contact for internal quality audits and external independent audit engagements.

Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Financial Management, Auditing, Economics, or related fields.

Industry Experience: Minimum 04 years of progressive finance and accounting experience embedded within industrial/manufacturing facilities. Demonstrated expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and managerial accounting.

Technical & Software Proficiency: High proficiency in navigating enterprise resource planning platforms (ERP / SAP) combined with advanced Microsoft Office capabilities (particularly Excel modeling).

Communication & Attributes: Under 40 years of age. Professional English fluency across all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for cross-border collaboration. Strong numerical acumen, analytical mindset, and proven capability to operate effectively within cross-functional matrix organizations.
