Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Global Customer Quality Manager (Packaging, Negotiable, ID16812)
• Focus on RFID technology quality and methodologies for industries
• Identify, document, and enforce compliance to customer’s quality requirements for related functional stakeholders
• Manages clients(s)’ complaint resolution process, while also supporting Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to resolve product quality issues
• Ensure timely deliverables of key escalated quality issues and countermeasures with production and local QC personnel, Suppliers, and other functions as needed
• Organize regular reviews with regional inlay manufacturing sites; Ensure end-to-end quality in the RFID manufacturing process
• Coordinate, document, and enforce the efficient information flow of product specifications and quality control plans with key business function teams.
• Other tasks assigned by the Global Quality leader.

Requirement
• Male/ Female
• Bachelor’s degree with a preferred major in Engineering
• 10+ years of related quality engineering experience required
• Strong knowledge and acumen in RFID operation or application technology are preferred
• Ability to work well across global boundaries and work on a “global clock”
• Experience working with Google platforms
• Strong knowledge and acumen in RFID operation or application technology are preferred
• Bachelor’s degree with a preferred major in Engineering
• 10+ years of related quality engineering experience required
