Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Global Business Development Leader ( Open for Expats, 4000 USD++, ID19429)
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement global business development and sales strategies aligned with brand and commercial goals.
- Lead Generation: Identify and nurture potential partners, distributors, and design studios through targeted outreach and CRM management.
- Client Acquisition: Pitch, negotiate, and onboard new partners; represent the brand at trade shows and client meetings.
- Market Insights: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and identify growth opportunities across regions.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging and efficient client servicing.
- Reporting: Track KPIs, evaluate sales performance, and report results to the Commercial Director.
Requirement
- Male or Female, under 40 years old
- Nationality: Candidates holding European, Australian, or American citizenship, or overseas Vietnamese with those nationalities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in international business development or B2B sales, preferably in high-end furniture, design, or interior decoration industries.
- Excellent command of English in all four skills
