Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tìm kiếm Giám sát thi công điện (ID11918, 900USD)
- Hỗ trợ Site Manager trong công tác quản lý và vận hành dự án hằng ngày
- Quản lý dự toán ngân sách, giám sát công trình về an toàn, chất lượng và tiến độ; lập báo giá cho các dự án quy mô vừa và nhỏ với khả năng làm việc độc lập
- Theo dõi tiến độ thi công và đảm bảo bàn giao công trình đúng thời hạn
- Giám sát và quản lý các nhà thầu phụ tại công trường
- Phối hợp và trao đổi công việc hiệu quả với khách hàng và nhà thầu phụ
- Tổ chức huấn luyện an toàn lao động cho công nhân theo quy định và tiêu chuẩn an toàn vệ sinh lao động của Việt Nam
- Có khả năng đào tạo, hướng dẫn nhân viên cấp dưới và kỹ sư
- Sẵn sàng và có khả năng làm việc trực tiếp tại công trường
Requirement
- Nam; 30 - 36
- Tốt nghiệp cử nhân về Kỹ thuật điện
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị tương đương chuyên về điện và có kinh nghiệm giám sát công trường tại công trường xây dựng công nghiệp
- Thành thạo AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, v.v.
- Ưu tiên có tiếng anh
