Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tìm kiếm ứng viên cho vị trí Giám Sát Sản Xuất (Tiếng Nhật & Tiếng Anh, ID21508, 1350USD):
- Giám sát hoạt động sản xuất hàng ngày, đảm bảo đạt mục tiêu về sản lượng, chất lượng và tiến độ giao hàng
- Theo dõi, phân tích và cải tiến quy trình sản xuất nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả và chất lượng sản phẩm
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý lỗi và triển khai các biện pháp cải tiến
- Thiết lập và tối ưu điều kiện sản xuất cho sản phẩm thử nghiệm
- Lập kế hoạch và triển khai các hoạt động cải tiến nhằm đạt mục tiêu vận hành
- Làm việc chặt chẽ với các bộ phận như QA, Kỹ thuật, Sản xuất, R&D
- Trao đổi, phối hợp với các bộ phận/đối tác nước ngoài khi cần thiết
- Thực hiện các công việc kỹ thuật liên quan đến quy trình sản xuất
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, dưới 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Điện tử, Điện – Điện tử hoặc các ngành liên quan
- Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong môi trường sản xuất, ưu tiên ngành điện tử
- Có kinh nghiệm về quản lý sản xuất và/hoặc cải tiến chất lượng
- Sử dụng tốt tiếng Anh và tiếng Nhật (tương đương N3–N2) trong công việc
- Ưu tiên ứng viên đã từng làm việc tại công ty FDI, đặc biệt là công ty Nhật Bản sẵn sàng làm việc tại Bình Dương
- Có xe đưa đón hàng ngày từ Hồ Chí Minh: các tuyến từ Thủ Đức, Hàng Xanh, Quang Trung Gò Vấp
