Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Giám Sát Sản Xuất (Cơ khí, Làm ca, 300USD, ID 17813)
- Quản lý và giám sát các công đoạn sản xuất đảm bảo tiến độ, chất lượng và an toàn.
- Phân ca, bố trí nhân sự, điều phối công việc.
- Đào tạo nhân viên mới, xây dựng kế hoạch nâng cao kỹ năng cho toàn bộ nhóm
- Thiết lập cơ cấu tổ chức bộ phận, phối hợp liên phòng ban nhằm tối ưu hiệu suất
- Báo cáo định kỳ, đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến quy trình, an toàn, 5S
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam, độ tuổi từ 25 – 35 tuổi
- Trình độ học vấn: Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp trở lên thuộc các ngành kỹ thuật (cơ khí, cơ điện, chế tạo máy, v.v.)
- Tối thiểu 01 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Trưởng ca sản xuất hoặc tương đương trong lĩnh vực cơ khí/gia công kim loại
- Sử dụng thành thạo Microsoft Office
- Có khả năng đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật cơ bản
