Job Description
Mức lương 700 đô la/tháng ++ đang chờ đón! Chúng tôi đang tuyển dụng Giám Sát Sản Xuất (Cao Su, $700, ID14803) cho một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài:
- Quản lý, điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động của tổ sản xuất theo kế hoạch và tiến độ được giao.
- Nhận và phân công công việc cho công nhân, phổ biến nhiệm vụ đầu ca làm việc.
- Giám sát công nhân tuân thủ đúng quy trình sản xuất, tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và an toàn lao động.
- Theo dõi việc sử dụng nguyên vật liệu để hạn chế hao hụt và lãng phí trong sản xuất.
- Kịp thời phát hiện và xử lý sự cố kỹ thuật, mâu thuẫn nội bộ hoặc các rủi ro trong quá trình sản xuất.
- Quản lý, kiểm tra, phối hợp bảo trì và đảm bảo công cụ, thiết bị luôn trong tình trạng sẵn sàng hoạt động.
- Đánh giá tình hình sản xuất, ý thức tuân thủ nội quy của công nhân và đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến.
- Xây dựng môi trường làm việc tích cực, hỗ trợ tinh thần và tăng hiệu quả cho cả tổ sản xuất.
Requirement
- Nam, tuổi: 25 – 35
- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên
- Tối thiểu 2 năm ở vị trí Tổ trưởng sản xuất tại công ty sản xuất có vốn nước ngoài, ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc trong ngành cao su, nhựa.
- Thành thạo MS Office (Word, Excel), ưu tiên biết sử dụng phần mềm ERP
