Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty sản xuất có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Giám Sát Dịch Vụ Hệ Thống IT (Tiếng Anh/Tiếng Trung, $1200, ID17550)
- Xây dựng và thực thi Quy trình vận hành tiêu chuẩn (SOP) liên quan đến hệ thống CNTT trong nhà máy
- Quản lý hệ thống mạng nội bộ (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN), bao gồm cài đặt, cấu hình và bảo trì switch lớp truy cập
- Quản lý và giám sát hệ thống máy chủ tệp (file server), máy chủ ứng dụng và đảm bảo tính bảo mật dữ liệu trong nhà máy
- Quản lý và triển khai phần mềm diệt virus, bảo mật hệ thống IT, đảm bảo an toàn thông tin và ngăn chặn tấn công mạng
- Quản lý hệ thống hội nghị truyền hình (video conferencing system), hỗ trợ cài đặt và xử lý sự cố khi cần
- Chẩn đoán và khắc phục sự cố liên quan đến hệ thống mạng, máy chủ, phần mềm, phần cứng đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động liên tục và ổn định
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ, dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin (CNTT)
- Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí IT Helpdesk hoặc các vị trí liên quan đến quản lý hệ thống CNTT trong doanh nghiệp/nhà máy
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với hệ thống mạng, máy chủ, phần mềm diệt virus, hệ thống hội nghị truyền hình
- Thành thạo tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Trung
