Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tìm Giám Sát Công Trình Cơ (Xây Dựng, ID21613, 1000USD)
- Hỗ trợ Site Manager trong công tác quản lý và điều hành dự án.
- Trực tiếp giám sát các hạng mục cơ khí/M&E tại công trường.
- Quản lý và giám sát kỹ sư, công nhân của các nhà thầu phụ.
- Kiểm soát việc thi công theo đúng bản vẽ, tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và yêu cầu của dự án.
- Theo dõi và quản lý tiến độ, chất lượng và thời hạn bàn giao công trình.
- Kiểm tra và phối hợp xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh tại công trường.
- Phối hợp với khách hàng, nhà thầu phụ và các bên liên quan để đảm bảo công việc được triển khai hiệu quả.
Requirement
- Nam, dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên, chuyên ngành Cơ khí, Cơ điện, Kỹ thuật cơ khí, M&E hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan.
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.
- Có kinh nghiệm chuyên sâu về Mechanical/M&E.
- Bắt buộc có kinh nghiệm giám sát công trường, ưu tiên dự án xây dựng công nghiệp/nhà máy.
- Có khả năng quản lý nhiều dự án cùng lúc đối với các dự án quy mô nhỏ.
- Hiểu biết về các tiêu chuẩn xây dựng và tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật của Việt Nam
- Có kiến thức về hệ thống: HVAC PCCC Cấp thoát nước Boiler Chiller Khí nén Các hệ thống Mechanical/M&E phụ trợ.
