Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Giám Sát Cảnh Quan ($600, ID 17083):
- Lập kế hoạch và tổ chức thực hiện các hạng mục công việc liên quan đến chăm sóc và bảo dưỡng cây xanh trong dự án, bao gồm các nhiệm vụ như: trồng cây, trồng hoa theo mùa vụ, tưới nước, bón phân, cắt tỉa, nhặt cỏ dại, bảo vệ thực vật, và các công việc chăm sóc khác.
- Kiểm tra và theo dõi chất lượng cây xanh, mảng hoa, mảng màu trong phạm vi phụ trách, đảm bảo đạt tiêu chuẩn về thẩm mỹ và sức khỏe của cây trồng.
- Chỉ đạo và hướng dẫn công nhân trong việc thực hiện các công việc chăm sóc cây xanh, cung cấp các chỉ đạo kỹ thuật và sắp xếp công việc hợp lý.
- Xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch hoạt động hàng tuần, báo cáo kết quả công việc cho cấp quản lý.
- Nghiệm thu khối lượng công việc với các đơn vị cung cấp dịch vụ, các đối tác và nhà thầu liên quan.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Quản lý để đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng công việc.
Requirement
- Nam, Dưới 40 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Lâm nghiêp, Nông học, Cảnh quan.
- Có từ 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm giám sát cảnh quan, chăm sóc cây xanh.
