Job Description
- Bao quát, quản lý các hoạt động của chi nhánh: tuyển sinh, đào tạo - học vụ, kế toán, hành chính - nhân sự
- Lập kế hoạch tuyển sinh, marketing tháng, quý, năm và triển khai thực hiện
- Quản lý học vụ nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng đào tạo
- Xây dựng và phát triển đội ngữ nhân sự tại chi nhánh: lập kế hoạch tuyển dụng tháng, quý, năm và trực tiếp tuyển dụng, đào tạo cho nhân sự
- Kiểm soát kế hoạch hàng ngày nhằm đảm bảo hoàn thành các chỉ tiêu công việc.
- Chịu trách nhiệm trong mọi hoạt động của chi nhánh trước Ban lãnh đạo
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nữ, Độ tuổi: Dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp từ Cao đẳng trở lên, ưu tiên chuyên ngành liên quan
- Có 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương; có kỹ năng quản lý, lập kế hoạch, dẫn dắt đội nhóm
- Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh khá
