Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Giám Đốc Sản Xuất (Tiếng Trung, $1200, ID17553)
- Quản lý, phân công công việc và giám sát hoạt động sản xuất.
- Đảm bảo tiến độ, chất lượng sản phẩm và tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn sản xuất.
- Kiểm soát nguyên vật liệu, thiết bị, tránh gián đoạn sản xuất.
- Đề xuất cải tiến quy trình, nâng cao hiệu suất làm việc.
- Kiểm tra, đánh giá hiệu quả công việc và xử lý sự cố phát sinh.
- Quản lý nhân sự, đào tạo và nâng cao kỹ năng cho nhân viên.
- Duy trì kỷ luật, thực hiện quy trình 5S và an toàn lao động.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để tối ưu sản xuất.
Requirement
- Nam, 30-45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học các ngành liên quan đến sản xuất, kỹ thuật.
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trong công ty sản xuất ngành Nhựa, Ép nhựa
- Thành thạo tiếng Trung (nghe, nói, đọc, viết).
- Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, quản lý, giải quyết vấn đề và cải tiến quy trình.
- Chịu được áp lực cao, có trách nhiệm và tinh thần cải tiến liên tục.
