Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty sản xuất có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Giám đốc Sản xuất (Dệt nhuộm, 2000USD, ID- 21401):
- Chịu trách nhiệm điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động sản xuất, đảm bảo tiến độ giao hàng, năng suất và hiệu quả vận hành.
- Triển khai và tối ưu các mô hình Lean Manufacturing và Just-In-Time (JIT) nhằm giảm lãng phí, nâng cao năng suất và tối ưu chi phí.
- Quản lý kế hoạch sản xuất (PPC), kiểm soát chất lượng theo tiêu chuẩn AQL, đồng thời đảm bảo tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn WRAP, BSCI và các quy định của khách hàng.
- Quản lý chi phí sản xuất, tồn kho nguyên phụ liệu và triển khai các chương trình cải tiến nhằm tối ưu nguồn lực.
- Lãnh đạo, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ quản lý sản xuất, quản đốc, chuyền trưởng và công nhân để nâng cao hiệu suất làm việc.
- Giám sát hoạt động bảo trì máy móc, ứng dụng hệ thống quản lý sản xuất số (ERP, RFID, PLM) nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả vận hành.
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các phòng ban như Merchandising, Kỹ thuật, Mẫu và Chất lượng để đảm bảo hoạt động sản xuất xuyên suốt.
- Xây dựng phương án xử lý rủi ro liên quan đến sản xuất, máy móc, nhân sự và chuỗi cung ứng nhằm đảm bảo hoạt động liên tục.
Requirement
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao đẳng chuyên ngành Công nghệ May, Quản lý Sản xuất hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Có 5–10 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành may mặc, trong đó tối thiểu 3 năm ở vị trí quản lý cấp cao (Production Director/Factory Manager/Production Manager).
- Am hiểu sâu về Lean Manufacturing, PPC, JIT, quy trình sản xuất may mặc và quản lý sản lượng lớn.
- Có kinh nghiệm kiểm soát chất lượng theo tiêu chuẩn AQL, WRAP, BSCI và các tiêu chuẩn quốc tế.
- Thành thạo các hệ thống quản lý sản xuất như ERP, RFID, PLM.
- Có thành tích trong việc tối ưu chi phí, cải thiện năng suất và duy trì chất lượng sản phẩm.
- Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, quản lý thay đổi, giải quyết vấn đề và ra quyết định xuất sắc.
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt, có khả năng làm việc trực tiếp với Ban lãnh đạo và khách hàng nước ngoài.
