Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Giám Đốc Phòng Mua Hàng (Điện Tử, $2400, ID17563):
- Xây dựng và thực hiện chiến lược mua hàng phù hợp với chiến lược kinh doanh chung của công ty.
- Phân tích xu hướng thị trường, đánh giá nhà cung cấp để đảm bảo nguồn hàng ổn định.
- Đàm phán hợp đồng, chính sách giá cả, điều khoản thanh toán với nhà cung cấp.
- Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ với các đối tác chiến lược.
- Tìm kiếm, đánh giá và phát triển hệ thống nhà cung cấp trong và ngoài nước.
- Xây dựng tiêu chí đánh giá và kiểm soát chất lượng hàng hóa.
- Giám sát quá trình nhập hàng, đảm bảo đúng thời gian và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban để cải thiện quy trình cung ứng và tối ưu hóa tồn kho.
- Lập kế hoạch ngân sách mua hàng, theo dõi và kiểm soát chi phí.
- Phân tích chi phí đầu vào, tối ưu hóa chi phí mua hàng mà vẫn đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm.
- Xây dựng và thực hiện chính sách mua hàng hiệu quả, tránh rủi ro tài chính.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, 35-45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Quản trị kinh doanh, Kinh tế, Chuỗi cung ứng hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Có tối thiểu 10 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực mua hàng, Có 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm đảm nhận vị trí Trưởng Phòng/Giám đốc Mua Hàng, đặc biệt là ngành Đèn LED hoặc thiết bị chiếu sáng.
- Hiểu biết về thị trường Đèn LED, công nghệ chiếu sáng và các tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật liên quan.
