Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty Việt Nam đang cần tìm ứng viên cho vị trí Giám Đốc Nhà Máy (Dược/Mỹ Phẩm, 2300$, ID 20018)
- Lập kế hoạch sản xuất theo đơn hàng và năng lực nhà máy.
- Theo dõi, kiểm soát tiến độ sản xuất, đảm bảo đáp ứng đúng timeline cam kết.
- Tối ưu năng suất, hiệu quả sử dụng nguồn lực (nhân lực, máy móc, nguyên vật liệu).
- Chủ động xử lý và điều phối các sự cố phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất.
- Kiểm soát chất lượng toàn diện: đầu vào, trong quá trình và đầu ra.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận QA/QC xử lý lỗi, deviation, triển khai CAPA.
- Phân tích nguyên nhân và triển khai giải pháp nhằm giảm tỷ lệ batch lỗi/fail.
- Đảm bảo hệ thống máy móc, thiết bị vận hành ổn định, liên tục.
- Lập và triển khai kế hoạch bảo trì định kỳ và bảo trì dự phòng.
- Giảm thiểu downtime, nâng cao hiệu suất thiết bị (OEE).
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ đầy đủ các quy định về an toàn lao động, PCCC và môi trường.
- Không để xảy ra vi phạm hoặc sự cố liên quan đến EHS.
- Xây dựng, chuẩn hóa và cải tiến quy trình vận hành (SOP).
- Thiết lập hệ thống quản lý sản xuất có khả năng mở rộng (scalable).
- Đào tạo, đánh giá hiệu suất và phát triển năng lực nhân sự.
- Xây dựng đội ngũ kế thừa và văn hóa làm việc hiệu quả.
Requirement
- Nam, Nữ, 30-38 tuổi
- 6 – 10 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý sản xuất trong ngành dược phẩm hoặc mỹ phầm. Trong đó có 2 – 4 năm ở vị trí quản lý như Trưởng Phòng Sản Xuất, Giám Đốc,…
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường: GMP / ISO / HACCP
- Giàu kinh nghiệm lập kế hoạch sản xuất, kiểm soát chất lượng phối hợp QA/QC, làm việc với bảo trì – giảm downtime
